If you are requesting a technician to come out and diagnose your problem please be advised there is a $350 service charge. If you have any questions please call.
Service calls will include checking for leaks or damages caused by a Solar installation.
A Titan Solar Technician will inspect your attic, roof panels, inverter and wiring.
If you have the SolarEdge app or the Enphase app please have that available so that we can run through the data for any information pertaining to your system performance.
Service calls are non refundable. Please do not ask the technician to install, remove or tamper with any existing equipment.
Payment goes towards the total cost of repairs.
Titan solar techs will send a technician at our earliest convenience to your address to diagnose all issues pertaining to your request.
You must pay $250 one time service charge trip fee.
If your warranty will cover your solar installation service request, you will not have to pay any additional cost for parts.
